We offer custom DTF (Direct to Film) printing on apparel and other products. All items are made-to-order and printed based on your submitted designs or selections.

Please note:

• All custom items are final sale (see Section 6 for more on returns).
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing methods.
• Designs must not violate copyright or trademark laws.

3. 

Ordering & Payment

• Orders must be paid in full at checkout.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
• Once your order is placed, it enters production and cannot be modified.

4. 

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship domestically [and internationally, if applicable].
• Shipping times vary by location and order volume. Estimated delivery is provided at checkout.
• MJ PrintVibe Co is not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Custom Design Policy

• You must own or have rights to any artwork or logos submitted for printing.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, hateful, or copyrighted material without permission.
• By submitting a design, you grant us the right to print and fulfill your order based on that file.

6. 

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, wrong print)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number.

7. 

Intellectual Property

All website content, product mockups, and branding (except user-submitted designs) belong to MJ PrintVibe Co and may not be copied, resold, or used without permission.

8. 

Limitation of Liability

MJ PrintVibe Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for customer-submitted designs or outcomes based on incorrect files, poor resolution, or unauthorized artwork.
